Pinetop Country Club offers three convenient membership classifications for your convenience. All membership applications must be submitted to and approved by the Board.
Spread out your investment! Join THIS season as a REGULAR member and pay only $9,000 up front and $9,450 next year. OR, pay $6333.33 now and for the next two years. Food and beverage minimums still apply.
REGULAR
Limit: 375 Memberships
Fees: Our regular memberships are equity memberships, which include a transfer fee of 50% of the actual sale price. Please contact the business office for the current price.
Privileges: use of all Club facilities
Annual Dues: $3,276 billed on December 31st, due prior to January 31st; prorated upon membership sale or purchase
Food and Beverage Minimum: $300 for single members, $600 for couples
Membership Conversion: Upon the sale of a Regular Membership, advance dues and food and beverage minimum balance will be prorated at a monthly rate. The purchasing member will assume these prorated obligations.

CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP
Limit: 75 Memberships
Restrictions: Applicants must be over twenty-one. This membership level does not include voting privileges, election to the Board of Directors, holding office, or use of the golf course. Clubhouse Memberships are non-transferable.
Privileges: use of Clubhouse and tennis facilities only
Initiation Fees: $1200 payable with application submission
Annual Dues: $800 billed on December 31st, due prior to January 31st
Food and Beverage Minimum: $300 for single members, $600 for couples
Membership Conversion: With Board approval, a Clubhouse Membership may be converted to a Regular Membership. Prior to conversion, any prevailing initiation fees must be paid in full, less the amount paid for the Clubhouse Membership.
INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP
Limit: 30 Memberships
Restrictions: Applicants and spouses must be between the ages of twenty-one and forty-five years of age. The Junior Membership level does not include voting privileges, election to the Board of Directors, or holding office. A Junior Membership is non-transferable and terminates when the Junior Member reaches the age of thirty-five. Junior Member must either convert to another class of membership or resign the Junior Membership.
Privileges: use of all Club facilities
Initiation Fees: $1000 payable with application submission
Annual Dues: $1638 billed on December 31st, due prior to January 31st
Food and Beverage Minimum: $300 for single members, $600 for couples
Membership Conversion: With Board approval, the Junior Membership may be converted to another applicable membership prior to reaching thirty-five. Prior to conversion, any prevailing initiation fees must be paid in full, less the amount paid for the Junior Membership.
MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
1. Single Members may designate a constant companion, which entitles another individual to utilize the Member’s membership. Contact the Club’s business office for a designation form and additional information.
2. With no payment or transfer fee, a Regular Membership may be transferred once to an immediate family member. Examples of immediate family member may include a grandparent, parent, child, grandchild, spouse or spouse of a child.
3. All Members must keep their account current. Delinquent accounts will be charged a 3% late charge on any unpaid balance over 30 days past due. The delinquent Member's name will be posted in the Clubhouse and said member will be denied access to ALL Club facilities until the account is current.
4. All Members must adhere to the Pinetop Country Club dress code:
- No short shorts.
- No tank tops.
- Gentlemen must wear collared shirts on the golf course.
- Gentlemen must wear collared shirts in the dining room during dinner service.
- Jeans worn at the club must be in good repair.
- No shorts in the dining room after 6:00 PM.
- No jeans on the golf course at any time.
