Pinetop Country Club is located in the heart of the White Mountains, surrounded by an abundance of 

activities, outdoor sports, and special events.  There is something fun for every age, interest, and skill level. 

Here are just a few you might enjoy!

mountain_biking
Mountain biking has become one of the most popular outdoor sports in this area. You'll find dozens of trails in the White Mountains, ranging from easy to extreme. "Tour of the White Mountains" bike race is held every October in Pinetop and attracts racers and spectators from all over the country.
Fishing
Whether you favor lake fishing or stream fishing, the White Mountains offers some of the best spots in Arizona to catch a delicious dinner.  This gentleman is fishing the Black River, located less than an hour from Pinetop.
Sunrise
Sunrise Park Resort, just 45 minutes from Pinetop Country Club, offers great skiing, snowboarding, and sledding, and when Summer arrives, Sunrise opens for scenic lift rides to the top of Sunrise Mountain, mountain biking, and a thrilling zipline adventure.
Kayking
Water sports abound in the White Mountains.  Whether you like boating, swimming, fishing or kayaking, you will find a favorite spot to enjoy your choice of water activities.
Wildlife_sighting
Wildlife watching is a fun activity on everyone's list.  Elk, deer, antelope, raccoons, porcupines, black bears, and a wide variety of beautiful birds make their homes in the White Mountains.
Family_Fun_Park
If you are looking for a great place to take the kids, visit the White Mountain Family Fun Park.  Go-carts, miniature golf and an arcade will provide a fun time for your whole family.

If you love arts and crafts fairs, you will be pleased to know that Pinetop hosts outdoor fairs frequently through the Spring and Summer months.  There are also plenty of craft boutiques and antique stores to keep all the shoppers happy. 
rodeo
Fourth of July celebrations in the White Mountains would not be complete without the thrill of a big rodeo.  The "Deuces Wild Rodeo" at the Show Low rodeo grounds is both exciting and fun for young and old.
hiking
When someone tells you to "take a hike" you will want to ask them  for directions to their favorite trailhead!  Hiking is a popular past time in the White Mountains and it's easy to see why.  Literally hundreds of hiking trails lead you to a new and amazing experience on every trail.

The White Mountains Balloon Festival takes place in June and presents a beautiful display of color against our bright blue skies.
